It's a beautiful day in Malibu Country, and on a busy lunch break, we thought we'd give you guys a nice treat. The Descendants and Inception star, Shannon Easthart stopped by for a little chat where we gab about college, films and most importantly, cheesesteaks.

1. Out of all the characters you've played, which one is your total opposite?
Alison from Little Birds, definitely. She is this absolutely pure character who was the moral compass of that film. Her best friend Lily creates a big mess, and Alison dutifully cleans up everything. Her mindset is pretty opposite of mine, but that's why I enjoyed playing her.

2. Anyone has a moral compass compared to the girls of Spring Breakers, yes?
I think that's the point of the film that some people missed. In a way, it served as a mirror on this current generation of how depraved and far we'll go. Who knows what I would have gotten myself into if I ended up in college on spring break.

3. So if acting hadn't worked out, you wouldn't have been the model college student?
I guess when you apply to places like Penn, you're expected to not make a total ass of yourself. I may have fit in better at a place like Pitt or Villanova. Honestly, there are times where I think I should take a breather and go to college. I think it's a great experience, and you know what they say about getting an education. I totally checked out after junior year, though. Senioritis is a real condition.

4. Speaking of experience, you have an impressive list of behind-the-scenes people you've worked with ... Nolan, Aronofsky, Clooney, Dunham, Besson, Korine. Who's your favorite?
Mr. Aronofsky because he keeps employing me.

5. You did The Wrestler with him and now Noah, which comes out next year. What was that like?
Beyond anything I was really prepared for. I mean, I had only done one other huge budget film like that before. Initially, I thought I knew what to expect going in. Of course, when you're re-imagining the story of Noah's Ark, it all gets shattered. Aronofsky is such a detailed storyteller, and I remember flying out to Iceland and just being totally blown away by the production and all the intricacy. The filming process was very grueling and demanding. Especially, when we were outside doing the Iceland shots. But yeah, I think people will be very pleased with the end product.

6. I take it you're not an outdoorsy type of person, then?
Don't get me wrong, I love being active. I rock climb, bike and hike. I believe I have an allotted amount of time where I go outside and then I need to go back inside. Preferably my house with A/C.

7. So you're a homebody?
My house is like my personal sanctuary. I like to have my place dimly lit, lots of candles, windows opened. I like knowing I have all of my favorite foods in my fridge. I like having all of my video games and my books. I mean, there's so much at my house that I can't take with me when I work. I also get away with being completely stripped down and looking like a monster, and not having to worry about looking presentable for the public. I can honestly say getting dressed up and all sexy is more trouble than it's worth. That sort of attention baffles me.

8. You really don't bask in the notion of people finding you sexy?
Hah, no. I mean, people make lists about who's hotter in a so-and-so dress, and I just want to laugh. It's a part of the job that I don't necessarily like, but that's what happens when you're in the public eye. People judge you. I know I'll be better with these sort of things as I get older. I'm young and self-conscious at times, and I think most girls my age would be just as paranoid of all the attention. It can get overwhelming.

9. Do you cringe when you see those lists in the magazines?
I usually avoid them. I mean, people really get paid to do things like rate women on their attractiveness? I only pay attention to lists that matters. Like tell me where I can find the best steaks and ribs in Detroit. I need that list stat.

10. Alright. Let's do a food list. You're a true Philly girl. Tell me where I need to go to get a real Philly cheesesteak.
This is easy. First, you must go to the creator of the actual sandwich. So that means you have to check out Pat's King of Steaks. Right across from Pat's is Geno's, and that's my personal favorite. A lot of natives also enjoy Tony Luke's.
